This organisation is part of a renowned scientific research group, operating across multiple sites and supporting cutting-edge research. Due to continued investment, they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineers to join their Estates and Facilities team.
In this role, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of building and plant systems, including HVAC, boilers, and other essential infrastructure. You'll monitor and maintain systems using a Building Management System (BMS) and ensure operations run smoothly across the site.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities or building service engineering. You will have experience working on plant equipment such as HVAC systems. Candidates who have BMS experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role:
* Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical)
* Planned and reactive maintenance across site plant and building systems
* Operation and monitoring of Building Management Systems (BMS)
* Participation in on-call rota (6-8 weeks per year)
* Based within a commutable distance of Cambridge
The Person:
* Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering
* Have experience as a building service engineer, facilities engineer or maintenance engineer working on buildings.
