Warehouse Service Assistant Sutton-in-Ashfield | £25,396.80 per year | Full-time working pattern: Mon-Fri, rotating shifts between 7am-6pm Be the link between our warehouse and our customers, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring every customer gets the great service they deserve. What You'll Do Act as the connection between warehouse operations and customers, keeping communication clear and proactive. Handle calls and emails, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and returns. Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally. Keep accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory. Coordinate with the warehouse and couriers to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery. Track and report any delays or issues to ensure accountability.
