This is a permanent role within Somerset Lifeline providing an Emergency Response service to our customers across Somerset.
Responsibilities
* Respond to emergency calls, providing immediate care, support and assistance, utilising specialist equipment for uninjured fallers, providing emergency first aid and liaising with Emergency Services as required.
* Signpost customers to information and other partners including local GPs, Care staff, Adults or Children Social Care, the NHS and act as a customer advocate.
* Liaise with the Installation team to respond to faults.
Qualifications & Experience
* Some experience working in the Care or Emergency Care industry.
* Understanding of technology-enabled care and related products that promote independence.
* A driven and motivated attitude towards delivering the best service possible.

Additional Information
This is a Grade 12 role with a salary range of £28,598 to £32,061 per annum.
