We're looking for a highly organized professional to drive operational excellence across marketing operations, and manage events and partnerships. The position will be dedicated to working on our contract with Meta's Business Messaging Marketing team for a 12-month term, based in London. The successful candidate will design and execute regional partner marketing events and programs, with a strong background in operations. This role is critical to enabling our team to support our business objectives across EMEA.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and the initiative to drive projects from concept to completion.
Global Marketing Operations
Drive operational efficiency across marketing programs, campaigns, and processes
Support budget management, vendor coordination, and reporting for marketing activities
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation for ongoing partner marketing initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Partnerships, Product, Sales, Comms, etc.) to ensure seamless execution
Event Management
Plan, execute, and manage in-person and virtual events (webinars, workshops, partner summits, industry conferences, etc.)
Oversee logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site coordination
Develop event briefs, run-of-show documents, and post-event reports
Ensure events align with brand guidelines and business objectives
Partner Management
Support the development and execution of partner co-marketing programs
Coordinate with external partners to deliver joint campaigns and events
Track and report on partner marketing performance and ROI
Ideal Candidate
5-7 years of experience in marketing operations and event management, preferably in a B2B or technology environment
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners
Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying risks or gaps
Experience in Partner Marketing or Channel Marketing is highly desirable
Familiarity with marketing tools/platforms (e.g. Salesforce.) is desirable
Must be able to work in-office in London
