YMCA Heart of England an exciting new opportunity for a Bank Concierge to join our team based in Aston/Northfield, Birmingham. The successful candidate will join us on a casual contract and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £12.24 per hour. We also run a children’s nursery and deliver youth work in areas of high need, manage two community centres with conferencing facilities and deliver a range of business to business training, all of which create employment opportunities and deliver income for our charitable work. About the Bank Concierge role Our concierges are involved in the delivery of a customer-focused housing management service to our tenants within a safe and secure environment. The ability to work under pressure and deal with situations in a calm and competent manner is essential, and the experience of working with disadvantaged/vulnerable people and knowledge of the issues that they face.
