To ensure the smooth operation of Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Trust mental health community care services, contributing to resource and funding management.
To provide a high level of expertise in mental health social work.
To offer consultation, direct professional supervision, and practice guidance to qualified social workers, managers, and practitioners working in Social Care, The Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, and Equality and Human Rights.
To assist in developing voluntary and community services locally.
This work will take place within a designated geographical locality but may also cover areas beyond the boundary and service unit, within a professionally integrated service framework.
Working as an Approved Mental Health Professional under a specific local authority contract, if qualified.
