About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and education services.
As a Quality Advisor, you will work closely with centre directors and educators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. You will also be responsible for attending regulatory body inspections and providing support to centres to achieve the highest possible outcome.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need extensive knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted's Early Years Inspection framework. You should have previous experience of assessing a setting's quality based on these frameworks and a minimum of 3 years' working at a senior level within early years settings.
You will also need to be a confident communicator who is patient and thoughtful in your interactions but comfortable challenging practice where needed for better outcomes. A full driving license and ability to travel to centres within the area are also essential.
