This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced and supportive team, dedicated to helping learners become confident, competent listeners who can practise counselling safely and ethically. Our students come from a wide range of backgrounds-whether they're exploring counselling for the first time, enhancing an existing role, or training to become fully qualified professionals-and you'll play a key role in their journey.
We're looking for a qualified counsellor who is either experienced in teaching or keen to step into the classroom. You'll be a confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment. If you don't yet hold a formal teaching qualification, don't worry-we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.
We are seeking a lecturer to join our team and deliver our Certificate in Counselling (Level 3), with the potential to contribute to additional courses in the future. Our counselling courses span Levels 2 to 5 and are co‑taught, giving learners richer perspectives and more personalised support-while fostering a strong, collaborative teaching culture for our staff.

As part of Exeter College-also rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted-you'll be joining a forward‑thinking faculty committed to making a real impact in the community through education, partnerships, and skills development.
