They are committed to fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment. About the Role We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our partner's team. This role offers a competitive base salary with an attractive OTE, and you will be working 4-5 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities - Manage your sales pipeline by proactively driving outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining strong engagement with potential customers. - Collaborate closely with the founders to develop strategies, identify growth opportunities, and build lasting customer relationships. - Engage directly with potential customers, establishing connections and providing valuable advice over the phone. - Contribute to the development of sales processes and play a key role in the company’s rapid growth and global impact. Requirements - Must be confident, enthusiastic, and highly ambitious. - Ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments. - Proactive, innovative, and passionate about problem-solving. - Comfortable using digital tools and CRMs such as HubSpot and Google Sheets.
