Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated person to join us in delivering a first class administration service to support the Senior Leadership Team and the wider Estates & Facilities services.
The successful applicant will assist in providing a professional and comprehensive administrative service.
Responsibilities
* Support senior leadership and estates & facilities teams through a professional and comprehensive administration service.
* Provide accurate minutes of Directorate, Management and Service meetings.
* Manage the electronic diary – ensure diaries are free from clashes, plan regular meetings well in advance and provide all papers in a timely manner to facilitate meetings.
* Work primarily from one base but support other locations as required to deliver services.
Qualifications
* Positive, flexible attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, customer focused and able to use initiative and judgement to manage workload and deliver in tight timeframes.
* Independent work and own initiative.
* Excellent computer skills – highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
* Desirable: access to a suitable vehicle/other means of transport for business purposes.
