Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager – Luxury Hotel

Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire and develop high-performing hotel teams across all departments
Oversee smooth daily operations across Rooms, F-B, Spa, and Front of House
Drive exceptional Food and Beverage and guest experience standards
Ensure seamless collaboration across all operational teams
Maintain world‑class service, presentation, and attention to detail
Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing team development
Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance
Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements
Ensure full compliance with all safety, hygiene, and operational standards
Act as a visible leader and ambassador for the estate brand
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in luxury or high‑end hotel operations
Strong, hands‑on leadership style with excellent communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple departments
Commercially strong with solid financial awareness
Passionate about delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences
