Independent Specialist School has vacancies for a Teaching Assistant.
Hours: 08:20-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 08:20-3:40pm Friday
Salary: £24,575 - £26,293 (actual £21,644 - £23,158 pro-rata term time only)
Contracts: Permanent and fixed-term available

Skills required:
* Grade C (or equivalent) or above in GCSE English & Math
* Experience of working with young people
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to think creatively and problem solve
* A great team player with a flexible “can-do” attitude
* Understanding or interest in Special Needs Education, Needs, and Disabilities
* Patience, resilience, and a great sense of humour
