This is a permanent, full-time role, working 36 hours per week, offering a salary of £60,000 per annum plus generous benefits. You’ll be able to work from home some of the time, attending our head office in Cardiff and working in our communities.
What you'll do

This complex role combines learning and development with resourcing to embed cultural development and drive strategic change. You will be responsible for developing talent and skills within the organization, HR compliance, attraction, recruitment, and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
The role also oversees HR operational delivery across three service streams – Care, Support, and Housing. As Talent and Resource Development Manager, your job is to seek out and retain top talent, supporting their personal and professional ambitions.
What you'll need
You should be an experienced HR professional, having led a HR team and developed and implemented HR strategies. We seek someone whose character and values align with ours. A passion for Hafod’s services and our vision of inclusivity, care, and kindness is essential.
