Role: Principal Consultant (Control Room) at Skewb Ltd

Key Responsibilities
* Promote collaboration between project teams and stakeholders, building strong and effective working relationships.
* Plan, schedule, monitor and report on programme activities, ensuring clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.
* Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, gathering data, delivering analysis and resolving issues.
* Identify, evaluate and recommend options, delivering outputs as required to ensure successful client delivery, including addressing emerging issues.
* Work with SMEs and project teams to ensure outputs are aligned with project objectives, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Confirm clarity of project outcomes, milestones and deliverables, and drive successful delivery against them.
* Develop innovative, robust and insight-led solutions to improve delivery and outcomes.
* Collaborate with other teams to respond effectively to client opportunities and ensure seamless programme delivery.
* Facilitate cross-functional working across departments to encourage consistency, efficiency and high-quality delivery in Control Room programmes.

Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in Control Room projects or digital products and related regulatory/operational environments.
* Experience managing product or programme lifecycles, including compliance with process, governance, and documentation standards.
* Experience in cross-functional process design and delivery.
* Experience leading complex projects or programmes and delivering outcomes.
* Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
