Key responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming Ensure all surfaces are correctly prepped to a high standard before painting Identify and rectify any defects prior to paint application Work closely with painters and workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow Maintain a clean and safe working environment Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Prepper within an accident repair centre or bodyshop Strong knowledge of preparation techniques and materials High attention to detail and quality of work Ability to work efficiently in a fast:paced environment Good team player with strong work ethic
