Overview
We are Pilgrims Europe, and we are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to lead the design and rollout of a modern, S/4HANA-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution. This transformation role will involve moving from legacy ECC designs to a user‑centric, Fiori‑enabled, mobile‑ready SAP PM solution as part of our SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud programme. We offer a dynamic work environment in Rushmere, where you will play a key role in driving innovation across our IT department.
Responsibilities
* Act as the functional lead and SME for SAP PM / EAM processes
* Redesign and standardise maintenance processes across sites and regions
* Configure SAP PM for work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance, and planning & scheduling
* Drive adoption of SAP Fiori, mobility, scanning and automation
* Ensure strong integration with SAP MM, FI/CO and operational systems
* Lead SAP PM workstreams within S/4HANA and business transformation programmes
* Support live operations while driving continuous improvement and user adoption

Qualifications
* 6 years hands‑on SAP PM experience (ECC and S/4HANA)
* Strong configuration and process design skills across core PM functions
* Experience with SAP Fiori and interest in modern EAM capabilities
* Solid understanding of maintenance and engineering operations
* Confident communicator able to work with engineers, planners, and senior stakeholders
* Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with willingness to travel
