We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable Bar Staff to join our team and help deliver great experiences for every guest who walks through the door. You’ll be the face of the pub — serving drinks, chatting with customers, and keeping the atmosphere warm, welcoming, and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve drinks efficiently and to a high standard, including pouring pints and preparing simple mixed drinks.
* Provide friendly, attentive customer service and build rapport with guests.
* Maintain a clean, tidy bar area throughout your shift.
* Handle cash and card payments accurately.
* Restock fridges, rotate stock, and ensure displays look appealing.
* Support the wider team during busy periods, including running food or clearing tables when needed.
* Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
* Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
* A friendly, approachable personality and a genuine interest in hospitality.
* Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.
* Ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods.
* Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
* Previous bar or hospitality experience is essential — full training can be provided.
* Must be 18+ due to alcohol service.

Working Hours
Shifts include evenings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods. Part-time and full-time hours are available.
