The UK's leading specialist fitness and leisure recruitment agency is seeking a reliable, driven, and highly motivated personal trainer to join our team for delivering gym inductions and personal training sessions at a residential gym located in RH12 0AX. This is a self-employed freelance opportunity with recurring monthly group bookings.
Responsibilities include delivering gym induction sessions in small group and 1-1 settings, upselling services, and providing excellent customer service. The pay rate is £21 per group induction, £30 per 1-1 induction, and £35 per personal training session.
Candidates should be approachable, energetic, attentive to detail, and able to manage administration duties such as attendance recording. Experience in fitness training and holding a valid Level 3 Personal Training Certification is required, along with valid self-employed insurance.
