This role would suit an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager or accomplished Sommelier who combines operational expertise with a deep appreciation for food and wine pairing. Youll play a key part in delivering memorable guest experiences, inspiring the front-of-house team, and maintaining the highest standards of service.
What we need from you:
1. Previous experience in a similar role at a Michelin-starred restaurant (essential)
2. Hold a minimum of WSET Qualification Level 2, Level 3 ideally, or equivalent (Funding will be provided to achieve your Level 3 qualification)
3. Strong leadership skills, experience managing a small team
4. You will be a natural people person with strong communication skills
