Are you ready to join the Fearless? This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ.

As part of the People Performance team, reporting to a People Business Partner, you'll support our retail teams, especially Regional/Area Managers, with people solutions across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities include:

* Building trusted relationships with stakeholders
* Conducting regular reviews of colleagues' experiences
* Collaborating with Recruitment and Learning & Development teams
* Completing talent reviews and monitoring progress
* Supporting succession planning and upskilling managers
* Maintaining colleague engagement
* Assisting with store openings and closures
* Managing employee relations cases

Minimum requirements:

* Experience in a similar HR/People generalist role
* Proven employee relations management, including complex cases
* Stakeholder engagement experience, ideally with talent management
* Experience in customer-centric or retail environments
* Confidence working with data
* Curiosity and problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Ability to influence and persuade
* Resilience, assertiveness, and adaptability under pressure
