They are now seeking a Field/Inside Sales Manager to motivate and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed targets and Key Performance Indicators.About youYou are an experienced coach, mentor, trainer, and leader. You love building, coaching, and enabling successful outbound focused inside sales teams through a clear vision, structure, and strategy. You create a thriving, fun, and high-energy team culture based on a shared set of values and thoughtfully designed sales processes.The roleAs a Field Sales Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive outbound lead generation, book appointments and manage opportunities through to close. You will mentor team members and work with other senior managers to create a cohesive relationshipDay-to-day responsibilitiesCoaching, training, and motivating a Sales team to generate sales opportunitiesDrive operational excellence through constant process innovation and creative incentivesProvide weekly/monthly KPI reports to Senior ManagementBuild efficient processes to identify and research lists of companies to targetUsing the internal systems to track and report on performance. Demonstrating the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly to meet the needs of the teamEmbody our client's core values and act as a brand ambassador both internally and externallyWhat are the requirements?Requirements:strong track record of B2B sales ideally within SaaS/technology (essential) - min 3 yearspassion, hunger, and motivation to smash targetsexcellent communication skills – written and verbalability to set and forecast monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targetsgreat commercial acumen, thrives on setting the strategy to maximize sales opportunitiesIt is key that this person is a strong coach and mentor as well as possessing the entrepreneurial spirit to drive rapid growth.
