What Happens in Processing Anyway?
* Sort donated items and identify great finds
* Help identify recyclable items. Even if we can\u2019t sell it, we can keep it out of the landfill!
* Get those great finds sales floor ready
* Lift up to 50 lbs.
* Load and unload carts to get merchandise out safely and efficiently
* Clean up and reset the processing area at the end of each day

Clothing Grader
Primary Job Duties
* Sorting and grading clothes for export market
* Operating a clothing bale machine
* Inspecting and weighing clothing carts
* Sorting, inspecting and grading accessories for exporting
* Classifying items based upon manufacturer, quality, and condition levels
* Keeping work area neat and clean
* Working safely and efficiently
* Other duties as may be assigned by management
* Loading & Unloading product from trailers
Skills & Qualifications
* High School Degree, GED or equivalent work experiences preferred
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to carry and lift up to 50 lbs. as well as push and pull up to 50 lbs.
* Able to work in a team-oriented environment
* Able to understand and execute company policies and procedures
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize
* Capable of building and sustaining relationships with peers and management
* Able to accurately keep records and communicate progress to management
* Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple activities at one time
* On the job training provided
* Able to withstand extreme heat and cold
