Sponsorship Sales Manager– Energy & Investment Projects
London – 3 days Office
Salary £45 - 50,000 + Uncapped OTE
My client provides world-class conferences, webinars, reports, and an ever-growing podcast series to the Energy space.
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sponsorship Sales professional eager to take on more responsibility. The role involves engaging with clients and prospects to build a robust book of business, primarily selling to new clients across events, reports, and webinars.
Experience & Skills Required
Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in B2B events or information products. Strong relationship-building skills to foster repeat sales are essential. The candidate should be excited to develop their first 100k+ deal and be comfortable managing deal sizes of 15-50k+.
Key Responsibilities
* Monthly Sales: Achieve an annual, uncapped target with growth bonuses. Maintain consistent monthly sales, demonstrating self-starting ability and ownership of targets.
* Execution & Communication: Use persuasive written and verbal communication to create opportunities. Analyze work results to identify opportunities and resolve issues. Be target-driven and committed to delivering excellent client experiences.
* Collaboration: Work closely with production and marketing teams to ensure targeted activities yield successful results.
