Experience working in a childcare setting is required for this role. A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential. Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Pay: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour depending on experience *plus accrued holiday pay Working Hours: Zero hour contract - This gives you flexibility to work different shifts each week depending on the Nursery needs, between 8am-6pm - Monday to Friday. Inside the nursery, each room is designed to include age-appropriate resources and equipment, to encourage skill-building and development. Situated off the A4 Bath Road, on Lake End Road, within the grounds of Sainsbury’s, The Old Station Nursery Taplow is perfectly located for families. The nursery has ample parking for the team. What Your Role Involves As a valued member of our team, you’ll: Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
