Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive Location: Chichester, West Sussex Working Pattern: Hybrid PQE: 1–10 years The Opportunity A forward‑thinking and commercially successful regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Property team in Chichester. The Role You will handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters, managing instructions from start to finish and building strong, lasting client relationships. The role offers a good balance of independence and team support, with exposure to interesting and complex work. Key responsibilities include: Managing a wide range of commercial property transactions Advising clients with accuracy, efficiency and commercial awareness Building and maintaining strong client relationships Working collaboratively within a supportive and well‑established team Maintaining compliance with regulatory and professional standards About You You will ideally have: Between 1 and 10 years’ PQE in Commercial Property A strong understanding of commercial property law and procedure Excellent communication and organisational skills Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a team Strong IT skills and attention to detail The ability to work effectively under pressure A sound knowledge of relevant regulations, including the SRA Handbook and SRA Accounts Rules What’s on Offer?
