Your new role
You will work as a Retrofit Coordinator based in their project management team, and will oversee the energy efficiency upgrades in existing buildings, ensuring they meet high standards for safety, sustainability, and performance. You will manage the entire retrofit process—from initial assessment to post-installation evaluation. Ensuringpliance with the UK’s PAS 2035 framework, whicherns domestic retrofit projects and coordinating between stakeholders like homeowners, assessors, designers, and installers to deliver tailored, effective solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have retrofit experience, and you will ideally have Level 5 diploma in retrofit coordination and risk management and level 3 award in energy efficiency for older and traditional buildings. A level 3 retrofit assessor certification would be beneficial but not essential. You will be keen to work for a leading consultancy that are recruiting due to growth, and continue to be market leaders in what they do.
