As a Senior Estimator, you will deliver appropriate estimating roles, manage and plan resources, and support key accounts. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple commissions, with support and autonomy to innovate and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and professional environment. Mentoring others and driving business performance are key aspects of this role.
Reporting to an Associate Director, you will manage and grow the existing team and build long-term, sustainable relationships with our Complex Infrastructure clients.
What will you bring?
* Enthusiasm and a strong desire to grow and actively participate within a diverse, multicultural team.
* Proven track record of technical excellence, innovation, and exceptional service delivery in estimating across infrastructure projects such as rail, transport, heavy civils, energy, and nuclear.
* Technical ability to challenge engineering teams and identify cost-efficient design solutions.
* Excellent understanding of industry benchmarks, best practices, and measurement methods.
* Comprehensive understanding of transport and complex infrastructure sector requirements.
* Experience with major projects or programmes.
* Client-side experience is an asset.

Your Formal Qualifications
* Membership in RICS, ACostE, ICES, or similar, and NVQ Level 3 in Project Controls or working towards it.
* Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
* Quantity surveying skills and industry understanding.
* Familiarity with government initiatives and policies.
