What you’ll be doing
This is a front-end, business development-focused role. You will be responsible for generating new business, expanding key accounts and laying the foundation for successful delivery.
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Winning new clients within enterprise cloud technology markets
* Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
* Running strategic outreach and building strong commercial pipelines
* Identifying and qualifying hiring needs before handing over to delivery teams
* Tracking trends and providing market insight to drive account growth
* Working closely with recruitment consultants to ensure clients are supported end to end
What you’ll need to bring
* Proven experience in recruitment sales or B2B business development
* A strong track record of acquiring and growing client accounts
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial acumen with the ability to understand client hiring challenges
* Experience in cloud recruitment or enterprise tech is advantageous
* A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to own and grow your patch
