We are recruiting a Mobile Electrician to join our team around the Bristol area!
Role Summary:
1. React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA’s.
2. Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to a high standard.
3. Test and diagnose power quality issues.
4. Emergency light testing.
5. Understand and interpret technical drawings / instructions / processes & O&M’s.
6. Undertake upgrade & install work.
7. Liaise with sub-contractors as required for repairs & ensure works have been carried out in line with CBRE policies.
8. Monitor and analyse environmental conditions, review the loading/working conditions of critical equipment regularly.
9. Determine the root cause and action items required to restore availability and prevent a recurrence.
