Customer Validation & Master Data Representative!
Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented professional to join their Global Supply Chain team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate customer data management and supporting the compliant, timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer account setups, updates, and revalidations in line with SOPs
* Maintain and validate customer master data within SAP
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and distribution standards
* Manage and resolve internal and external customer data queries
* Monitor system data flows and troubleshoot interface issues
* Support audits through accurate documentation and reporting
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
Skills & Experience
* Proven customer service experience (B2B preferred)
* Strong SAP and MS Office proficiency
* High attention to detail and analytical mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
