As our Hotel Services Manager, you'll be responsible for the planning, organising, developing and the overall operation of the care home support staff including the Kitchen, Domestic/Laundry and Maintenance teams; ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times

Responsible for staffing, scheduling, holiday planning, training, supervising, create rotas to ensure adequate cover across all departments and developing the staff within the 4 department teams; ensuring that all training and competency records for each member is completed.
Planning, organising and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of resident and visitor satisfaction. To uphold and promote the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and conduct
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the home.
Maintain the budget provided for Kitchen, Domestic/Laundry and Maintenance departments.
To manage, motivate and develop individuals within the team to enable them to meet current and future team and resident needs
Ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all timesCould you be part of our team?
About you:
You'll have experience as a manager within a hospitality or care background
You'll love people - and as a result, have great interpersonal, communication skills and leadership skills
Attention to Detail
Manage multiple priorities to ensure the residents receive an engaging candidate experience.
Flexible and able to remain focused on results under pressure and to challenging deadlines
Self-motivated and confident
Be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
