Long Term Futures are looking for a reliable and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join one of our fantastic client colleges, specialising in supporting students aged 16-25 with a wide range of complex needs, including Autism, physical disabilities, and multiple learning difficulties. This role plays a key part in creating a supportive and inclusive environment, encouraging students to grow in independence while thriving both academically and personally.
