Test Manager - Contract (Inside IR35)3-4 months (12-16 weeks)North East (Hybrid)We're supporting a local Police force on an Oracle system implementation and need an experienced Test Manager to establish and lead testing from scratch within a highly regulated environment.The RoleYou'll own the full testing lifecycle, bringing structure, governance and best practice to ensure a robust and compliant delivery.Key responsibilities:Define test strategy, plans, scope, and environmentsLead and coordinate testing across functional, integration, system, UAT, and non-functional stagesProvide clear reporting, including progress, risks, and test summariesEnsure alignment to QA standards and manage risk/mitigationWhat We're Looking ForProven Test Manager experience on complex implementationsExperience building testing capability from the ground upBackground in regulated environments (public sector/policing ideal)Strong stakeholder engagement and a hands-on approachTPBN1_UKTJ
