Position: Customer Support Administrator
Hours: 9:00am-5.00pm (5 days over 6 on a flexible rota basis)
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £25,100 - per annum plus generous company bonus scheme

Customer Support Administrator – Stairlift Department
Join our friendly and growing stairlift department, where you will help customers maintain their dignity and independence. Full in-house training is provided, and there are opportunities to progress within the company.
What You'll Do
* Handle customer enquiries about stairlifts and related products via incoming and outgoing calls and emails
* Organise, issue, and follow up on quotations to ensure customers have all the information they need
* Schedule and manage engineers' diaries for surveys, installations, maintenance visits, and breakdowns
* Provide telephone support, including basic fault-finding and troubleshooting
* Maintain accurate customer and job records using internal computer systems
* Work closely with internal departments and the stock team to support daily operations
* Ensure the correct stock is allocated and reserved for installations, repairs, and reconditioned products
* Support the smooth processing of customer orders, return visits, and follow-up appointments
* Complete administrative tasks, including reminder letter mailouts and general correspondence
