Job Description: Are you passionate about fitness and helping others reach their wellness goals? Do you possess enthusiasm, energy, and a strong work ethic? RISE Bootcamps is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach. While experience is not essential, your drive and commitment are key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead outdoor bootcamp sessions that inspire, challenge, and motivate participants to achieve their fitness objectives.
* Create engaging and effective workout routines that cater to varying fitness levels and goals.
* Provide personalized online coaching and support to members, offering guidance on nutrition, exercise, and goal setting.
* Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and encouraged throughout their fitness journey.
* Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere during bootcamp sessions, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.
* Conduct fitness assessments and track members' progress to adapt training plans accordingly.
* Stay current with industry trends and certifications to continually enhance your fitness knowledge.
* Collaborate with fellow franchisees and the corporate team to uphold the RISE Bootcamps brand and standards.
* Manage administrative tasks related to scheduling, member communication, and business operations.
Qualifications:
* Enthusiasm for fitness and a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
* Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive training environment.
* A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Basic knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness principles (experience preferred but not required).
* Ability to work independently and manage the day-to-day operations of your franchise.
* CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Level 2 and 3 Personal Training Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
