Responsibilities
* Design and deliver dynamic and engaging science lessons that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and motivated to succeed.
* Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Foster inquiry-based learning and critical thinking skills through hands-on experiments, projects, and discussions.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that integrate science with other subjects.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and well-being.
Requirements
* Relevant teaching experience and qualifications - PGCE, QTS
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (willingness to apply for one)
* Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available with this role)
* Able to reference your recent teaching work
* Must be able to provide 2 professional teaching references
* Commitment, flexibility, and enthusiasm
