We are currently seeking a motivatedAccounts Assistantto join our clients friendly and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with varied responsibilities.
The Role:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be involved in a broad mix of client work, including:
Bookkeeping for a wide range of clients
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts
Using cloud-based software including Xero and QuickBooks
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and VAT processes
Familiarity with Xero and/or QuickBooks (training can be provided)
Good communication and time management skills
A proactive and detail-oriented approach
