UC Project Coordinator
Full-time Permanent
37 ½ hours per week, Monday to Friday
Based at the head office in Stafford Park, Telford

Key duties and responsibilities will include:
· Conduct onboarding calls to obtain an understanding of customers requirements for their phone system
· Provisioning customers lines and broadbands within relevant KPI's and SLA's
· Log, categorise & prioritise customer tickets in line with the relevant ticket banding and type.
· Work closely with the sales team, and other colleagues or distributors, in troubleshooting order problems.
· Work with customers, internal or external, to resolve issues and ensure they have a positive experience dealing with us.
· Book and manage installation of systems and site survey
· Ensure regular communication with managers, team members, and other departments to maintain reliable service and meet customer expectations.
· Provide cover to other areas in the Hosted & Connectivity department where needed
Person Spec
Qualifications/Experience:
· 1+ years of experience in customer service, telecommunications industry is a plus.
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Familiarity with CRM systems
· Outlook 365 knowledge
