They're now hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams, drive technical delivery, and foster an exceptional engineering culture.
The Role
This is not a hands-on coding role, your focus will be on technical delivery, leadership, and creating a great team environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities for the Engineering Manager:
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented software engineers (~10-12), ensuring motivation, performance, and progression
* Shape and drive software delivery processes to help teams work efficiently and deliver at scale
* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to align delivery with business outcomes
* Champion modern engineering practices (e.g. DDD,TDD, CI/CD) through coaching and guidance
* Help build a positive, collaborative culture through regular events and knowledge-sharing sessions
* Support and encourage personal development, whether that's via a formal career framework or by dedicating time for more R&D and innovation
Experience required for Engineering Manager:
* Extensive experience leading technical teams in modern software environments, with a strong grasp of engineering principles, patterns, and delivery practices.
* A background in software development or QA
* Experience delivering change on complex, customer-facing platforms
* Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
* A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating healthy, high-performing teams.
