Overview
We are seeking People Systems & Information Officers to join our Workforce People Services team. This role supports the organisation as we embrace HR digital solutions across the UHT People Directorate and maximise the use of ESR (Electronic Staff Records), in readiness for the new ESR solution.
Main duties
You will maintain ESR and support the implementation of ESR functionality, specifically the deployment of Self Service and Onboarding, and you will support the delivery of user training. You will produce accurate and relevant workforce and management data and assist in the administration of pay impacting schemes. You must be:
* Confident in dealing with stakeholders and able to manage multiple, demanding priorities independently
* Skilled in delivering training and workshops and experienced in supporting system users
* Excellent in attention to detail and interpersonal skills, with a solution‑focused approach

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSEs Grades A-C (to include Maths and English) or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
* NVQ3 level Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification or experience
Knowledge & Skills
* Use of and knowledge of management information systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Working knowledge of Data Protection Legislation and Information Governance standards
Desirable
* Knowledge of NHS Occupation Codes, staff groups, job roles and Workforce Dataset Requirements
* Knowledge of NHS and Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions, CQC and Audit compliance
