Performance Analyst Apprentice
Location: Milton Keynes – office based
Contract: Full time, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 18‑month fixed‑term contract
Salary:
* 16–17yrs: £7.71ph
* 18yrs: £10.71ph
* 21yrs: £12.21ph
About the Role
During your apprenticeship within the Milton Keynes branch, you will be part of the Asset, Commercial & Governance Team, focusing on data analysis and insight. The main duties will include supporting the production of Key Performance Indicators and client presentation packs. You will learn about commercial management, compliance, asset management and data analysis and evaluation. Tasks will involve liaising with stakeholders, clients and contractors, compiling reports, answering queries, complaints and compliments via email or phone, and undertaking administrative tasks such as typing notes and attending meetings.

Role Criteria
* GCSE Grade 4 or above in both Math’s and English
* Organised, reliable and adaptable
* A strong work ethic
* Honest/trustworthy and able to work using own initiative as well as within a team
* Positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure
* Capacity to absorb new information quickly and accurately.
* Self‑motivated, self‑disciplined and enthusiastic
* Attention to detail
