This role is temporary and based in Armagh. Location: Business Services Organisation, ArmaghContract: TemporaryPackage: Band 4- Hourly rate £14.06Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and analytical individual with strong reporting, systems and data management skills to play a key role in supporting recruitment services across Health and Social Care.Key responsibilities:Developing and maintaining accurate recruitment reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BIAnalysing trends, identifying delays or process blockages, and supporting KPI deliverySupervising and supporting junior staff within the reporting and information functionMaintaining the E-recruitment system in real time with a strong focus on data quality and integritySupporting system testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiativesDelivering technical support and guidance to recruitment teams and stakeholdersCommunicating complex information clearly to a wide range of audiencesThis role combines hands-on reporting and systems work with team leadership responsibilities and offers excellent exposure to service improvement and operational performance management within a large public sector environment. Essential Criteria:2 A 'Levels or equivalent / higher qualification;AND 12 months' experience in a data analysis or reporting roleOR 3 years' experience in a data analysis or reporting rolePLUS Demonstrable experience in the use of IT systems, including advanced use of MS Excel and Power BI to develop reporting outputs or dashboards.Experience in the extraction, manipulation, analysis and presentation of data to support reporting requirements.Experience of working with data within business systems or databases.
