Overview
My client is seeking a motivated Press Setter Trainee to support manufacturing operations across both the Nailplate and Metal Web production areas. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop or build on experience in a manufacturing environment, with training and progression available for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Press Setter Trainee will assist with tooling setup and machine operation while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with setting up, adjusting, and operating press tooling and machinery within the Nailplate and Metal Web factories
2. Support efficient machine operation to meet daily production targets
3. Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
