The Head, Katrina Handford, is seeking to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Marketing and Admissions to lead and shape the marketing and pupil recruitment strategies at Kent College. This is a pivotal new role on the Executive Leadership Team, and the postholder will play an integral role in implementing the School's vision and strategy, with a focus on pupil number growth.
Reporting directly to the Head, the successful candidate will provide inspiring leadership to a team of marketing and admissions professionals. They will communicate the Kent College positioning in a compelling way and will demonstrate the agility and strategic skills to respond to future challenges and opportunities across the independent school sector.
The successful applicant will be a strategic and senior marketing professional, with extensive stakeholder management and influencing skills gained from within or outside the education sector. Enthusiasm, creativity and a collaborative approach are fundamental to this role.
