Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience plus a relocation allowance up to £5,000
Here at Abbey Vet Clinic, we are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team.
We have varied surgical and medical caseloads and you will have clinical freedom to follow your own cases with daily opportunities for operating. We operate and consult in both sites every day so there is a varied caseload throughout the day.
If you are fun yet professional and have a passion for what you do, this is the role for you. Our team is awesome, vibrant, hardworking and has a genuine care for each other, patients, and clients. This position is also suitable for a new graduate.
Find Flexibility With Us
Our people are at the heart of everything that we do, that’s why we know that work-life balance is vital in supporting our people to be their best selves. Our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours offers a balance that truly flexes with you and your lifestyle no matter what stage you are in your career.
We are open to candidates looking for full-time or part-time opportunities. Full-time hours would be working 40 hours per week over 4.5 days plus your share of the Saturdays. We would also be open to part-time working 2 or 3 days a week. Saturday mornings are on rota, working 2:4 from 9-12:30 and we have no out-of-hours.

We also have 3 Student Veterinary Nurses, 3 FTE Receptionists, an Animal Care Assistant and Practice Manager.
We undertake a large amount of work for our local Cats Protection branch and have now started a dedicated cat clinic.
