The Best Connection are currently recruiting Concrete Operatives to work for a well-established precast manufacturing company based in Somercotes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team within a hands-on, rewarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* General manual labour within a precast concrete factory
* Casting concrete products (including railway components)
* Setting up casting beds and moulds
* Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
* Supporting production and maintaining a clean working environment
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or groundworks
* Ideally experience in precast concrete, but not essential
* Strong work ethic and reliability (job longevity preferred)
* Comfortable with manual, physical work
* Basic understanding of working with tools and materials
Essential Requirements:
* Own transport required due to location and shift times
* Must have the right to work in the UK
* Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test prior to starting
Hours & Pay:
* Monday to Friday
* 06:00 - 16:30
* £14.12 per hour
* £19.83 on Saturdays!!
* Ongoing, full-time work
