Role summary
As a key member of the team, you role will act at the first operational point of contact for all team members and managers. You will be responsible for the data integrity of our people data and partner with our HR Lead and finance team to manage all people related administration. You will support hiring and off boarding processes for employees at Zodia Markets and support the HR Lead in wider projects to develop the function and help the business scale.
What will you be doing?
* Manage all People related administrative tasks to ensure they are completed efficiently (i.e. payroll, benefits administration, work permits, HR system, reporting etc.)
* Administer cyclical People related initiatives including Engagement surveys, Salary reviews, Performance reviews, Recognition scheme, HR Policy review etc.
* Provide helpful and accurate answers to employee and manager queries.
* First point of contact for queries relating to our HRIS (HiBob)
* Set up new employees on HiBob and update as required, and run reports as required.
* Manage new starter and leaver processes, escalating where needed.
* Support all staff throughout their probation (and advise managers throughout same)
* Coordinate and facilitate job interviews and feedback.
* Support the HR Lead with monthly and quarterly HR data analytics.
* Act as an ambassador to drive the Zodia Employer Brand.
* Support the Company is compliant with all legislative requirements across all Zodia locations globally.
* Assist the HR Lead, as required, with both project work, case management, and ad hoc tasks.
What are we hoping you will bring?
Experience
* CIPD qualified and at minimum of one year working experience in an HR operations role
* Demonstrate skills in various HR functional areas (e.g. HR Operations, Recruitment, Performance, Engagement) with the ability to work with service mindset, operationally, and tactically
* Knowledge of UK employment law and its application in the workplace
* Bachelors degree or Masters in Human Resources or related field
* Previous knowledge of HRIS, preferably HiBob.
* Analytical data handling, reporting and using Excel as well as a well established HR platform
* HR administration and record keeping coupled with information security protocols
* Payroll administration
* Recruitment
