4. Lead and manage the preparation of high-quality funding proposals and bids.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional donors and partners.
6. Monitor and evaluate funding opportunities, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
7. Provide strategic guidance to the team on donor compliance and reporting requirements.
8. Oversee the preparation of donor reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organisational priorities.
10. Stay informed of trends and developments in the not-for-profit funding landscape.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Institutional Funding should have:
11. Proven experience in institutional fundraising within the not-for-profit sector.
12. Strong knowledge of donor compliance and reporting requirements.
13. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver successful funding proposals.
14. Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
