Are you looking for a new challenge, caring, compassionate, and passionate about helping others? Or simply seeking a fresh start? We need people who share our values and vision to join us as Support Workers in our Home Treatment Team, newly commissioned Crisis Hub, and Mental Health Helpline.
Cornwall recognises our Home Treatment and Crisis service provision as a pivotal part of the acute care pathway for people with mental health difficulties. We are investing substantially in these services to improve care. Your experience and enthusiasm could be exactly what we need to expand our teams.
The team triages mental health crisis calls and referrals, providing interventions, support, guidance, and signposting. The service also delivers timely face-to-face assessments when needed.
This role involves rotating between working in the Home Treatment Team, the Crisis Hub, and the 24-hour mental health helpline.
This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and develop our high-quality mental health response. We are a forward-thinking and innovative team, currently working towards HTA accreditation.
You will work in either the Home Treatment Team, the Crisis Hub, or the Mental Health Connect helpline.
