Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
* Building strong working relationships with customers, effectively dealing with their queries/requirements and where necessary relaying information to the operations managers
* Daily Banking and checking systems
* General administrational duties as required
* Print off goods in daily sheet and file downstairs
* Ensure all paper work matches and nothing is too old and a matching in the system
* Ensure pervious days paper work is checked over and signed by a manager
* Scan and email reports to senior management team
* All paper work is filed in the correct manor for data protection
* Update MMS software with counts and corrections where needed
* Dealing with booking in for suppliers
* Banking to be started at 10:00 and to be fully completed at 11:30, with reports checked by a manager
* Banking reports to be sent to senior management team and filed in the correct manor for data protection
* Job cards to be scanned onto the system and stored in the correct file and to be disposed of in the correct way
